Alphabetizing Favorites

There is no 'sort by name' in my drop down menu for my favorites...when I highlight and right click on a folder, the drop down menu does not have 'sort by name' anywhere...ahhh...help...how do I alphabetize my folders if this isn't there...I have 6 SP1...at least that is what is says in my settings...thanks to anyone who can help!!!

Don't use the Favorites button but the drop-down from Favorites in the
topmost toolbar (between View and Tools).

Yes, quite irritating. When you click on Favorites,
click and hold on an item, and then you can drag it to
the desired position. Tedious, but it works.
