Allowing/denying user access to programs

Help please. I use XP Pro and want to be able to allow/deny access to
progams installed on my system to non administrator accounts. I have
installed Paintshop Pro 7 and my daughter cannot use it from her limited
account, as it says choose user directory from both the shortcut and the all
programs listing.

Turned out it was the program itself (paint shop pro 7) that would not let
itself be used by anyone but an administrator. Tried all the suggestions but
still did not work so I eventually decided to try changing the other user
config to administrator and found that that was the problem. Have now had to
give the other user a crash course in how not to cause a crash lol. Thanks
for trying
