Allowing access to applications by Non-Admin account users

In XP Pro how do I allow non-admin users access to some applications
which do not seem to be accesible this way?

All applications have been installed using Admin account and reside on
the same machine where the non admin account is located. I even
allowed the program folders/subfolders of needed applications to be
shared across network, hoping this might help but some application
still do not work from inside non-admin account.

What is the best way to accompalish what I am trying to do?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
