A worker is wanting their temp to be able to create, edit and delete items in
mailbox, calendar, contacts. The permanent staff member is using Outlook
2000. What settings need doing. I was told by one person to use Delegates,
and by another to right click on Mailbox>Properties>Permissions>Add>Choose
name>select role>OK
But another person tells me i must use the Delegates thing that i can't
find. WHat is the true answer?

If you want the temp to be able to send mail on behalf of the worker, use Delegates. Otherwise, just assign permissions on each individual folder.
