How to set registr or PC to allow del index.dat or other files which are
protected?

Try to use a clean up tool, such as Ccleaner, that will do this for you.
In general you should be careful about deleting .dat-files, some of them
are crucial to your system and protected for very good reasons.

I would use CCleaner for this job, www.ccleaner.com. This is the application
i useto delete index.dat files.

I know that i had to be careful about deleting index.dat.
Yes now thare are a lot of programs for deletig such as ccleaner,but it's
possible to set something in windows for allow deleting index.dat?

Not really. You can take ownership of files use takeown and icacls, and
allow them to be deleted. But in the case of index.dat files it is a
cumbersome task, maybe requiring you to run in Safe mode and so on, and
you might still end up with no success. It is simpler to just use a clean
up tool.
