Allow multiple users to connect

I have RD installed and working for a single user. How do
I allow more than 1 user to connect at the same time.
When I go to the properties of my computer I do not have
the option to allow multiple users. Where do I go to
activate this option?
 
You can't with Windows XP Professional... XP is limited to 1
interactive user at a time - be it at the console or via remote
desktop.
