Allow multiple (more than 2) rdp sessions to run exe off W2K box?

I have a vendor telling me that I can have WAN clients run their exe from the
server through an RDP session. I get the following error when I attempt
this. "Remote Desktop Disconnected - The client could not connect to the
remote computer. Remote connections might not be enable or the computer
might be too busy......" I thought the only way I could have more than the
standard 2 Admins was to set the Server up as a Terminal Services Server but
the vendor says not necessary. My clients are all XP clients.

You can only have two users in remote administration mode. Vendor must be
talking about something else. XP clients do not need a license for Windows
2000 terminal services in application mode - that might be what the vendor
is talking about. You have to then activate a terminal services licensing
server - but that's free. If it's 2003 server you have to license the XP
clients.
