allow FP 2003 to easily update the query in the database results

The wizard for the 2003 version forces the user to update the results region,
but the 2002 version does not. This is a problem for users who have results
tables with a lot of formatting.

Also... Why can't I just update the SQL in the HTML view? It's a hassle to
go through the wizard when all I need to do is make a simple change to the
SQL statement.

You *can* update the SQL in Code view. Make your changes to the gray colored
code and save your changes while you're still in Code view.
