Allow for customized default voting buttons.

When I select voting buttons under options, I have to retype my customized
ones each time. Is there a way to set these as defaults so that all I have
to do each time is click that I want the voting button?

Also, is there a way to bring the selection of voting buttons onto the
toolbar so I don't have to open options each time?

No. Try saving a template/publishing a custom form with the field filled
in - it should save the entries. Or copy and paste them into a Note. (If you
