Allow Domain Login but only from specific workstations

Hello everyone ,
I have a windows 2000 ad and a new department (newsroom) i want only the users from the newsroom to be able to login to the computers in the newsroom and any other domain users not in the News and current affairs OU to be denied login access on any of the newsroom computers.. can anyone help me out here?

Use Allow logon localy any deny logon localy right in Group policy setting
on OU with your workstations. Add group of users with access to this right.
