Allow attachments of Acces-files to open in outlook 2003

Access-files shoudn't be treated as unsafe attachments by Outlook 2003. Or at
least user should be allowed to changes the list of unsafe files (maybe not
as far as allowing .exe and .bat files to open).

The user IS allowed to change the list of unsafe files. See
