All web pages open in new windows

My homepage does not open full-screen and every other
page I go to opens in a new window (also not full-screen).
How do I fix this problem? Please help!!

IE remembers the screen dimensions from the last time it
was shut down. So change the window to full screen, close
it and then all new windows will be full screen.
To open links in the same window go to menu Tools,
Internet Options, Advanced and select "Reuse windows for
launching shortcuts" in the Browser section.
