All Users Favorites-folder

Hi,

When I drop a short-cut in the following folder :
c:\documents & settings\All Users\desktop

Then every user of the computer has this shortcut on his desktop.

If I drop a url into ;
c:\documents & settings\All Users\favorites

then this url doesn't show in the users favorites folder(not in IE nor in
the startup-manu)

I this normal or am I overlooking something?

It is normal.
IE does not look at the All Users\favorites location.
