All users can log on except for one

I am having a problem setting up a new XP Profesional
computer. Any user in our domain can log on to the
computer except for one. I can not find any reason why
that user is not being allowed to log on. The error that
I get is "The system could not log you on. Make sure
your user name and domain are correct, then type your
password again. Letters in passwords must be typed using
the correct case." I know the password is correct because
the user can log on to other computers.

Any help would be appreciated.

I figured it out, the password just had to be changed and
then changed back although I have no idea why that was
necessary.
