ALL USB PORTS STOPPED WORKING

None of my USB Ports are working and I have the onboard type.
My printer use to work fine, then one day I had nothing.
I have been through the trouble shooter and that was no help!
I have uninstalled all drivers, rebooted, and the computer automatically
recognized them and reloaded them. Reconnected my printer and it still does
not work.
When I go to my printer properties and check the ports, The USB Ports are
not listed.
Only the LPT ports and COM ports are.
I have also removed the printed and reinstalled it, but still no luck!
A just installed Service Pack 2 to see if that would help, but that did not
help either
Also in the device manager, I checked all the properties and it says "Device
working properly"
I dont know what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
