All tool bars and Menu bar disappeared

All the tool bars and even the menu bar disappeared everytime I launch Internet Explorer version 6.0 (with latest service pack). Appreciate any help in fixing this. Thanks.
 
Are you in Full Screen Mode? Press F11 to return to normal mode.
