All Programs Menu

I go to "Start" - "All Programs" - a program menu pops up. My problem is,
the bottom portion of this menu is too low to read the last one or two
programs on the menu. There is space above the menu. How can I raise this
menu and/or add an additonal column?
 
Right click the Start Button/Properties/Customize/Advanced/Scroll Programs.
Other than that, regroup your listings via Explore All Users.
