All programs Menu

My All Programs Menu does not display correctly. Is
there any way that I can change the size of it so that it
wlll totally fit in my window. I can't read some of the
programs that are displayed??
 
Rearranging the Start Menu

Right click Start button
Select Explore and/or Explore All Users.
Then open the Programs folder.
Create new subfolders then rearrange shortcuts
