"All programs" menu doesn't expand

Please help!

The "All programs" menu stopped expanding and when I change to the classic
view the start menu doesn't expand either..

Thank you for your advice. I've already tried it but it didn't worked. Have
you got other suggestions?
 
I've tried a several options of «Taskbar Repair Tool Plus!» but unfortunately
none has solved the prolem. Maybe I haven't explain the problem properly. To
have access to the «Al Programs» menu I have to use the right click and then
choose the «Open» option.

I've got Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal and Lavasoft Ad-aware 6.
