All Programs list

Sent this at 1037 this AM and has not showed up in group, at least for me.
Its in my sent file.

Still desire reply.
Please tell me where I "admin" can control what programs are listed on the
start/all programs list for another "non admin" account. I want to keep a
child out of 98% of the computer.

You need to look for a third party program to do this for you. If you change
Local Group Policy it applies to all users.

Showed up in group ( help_and_support ) 2 hours ago . ( group timing )
