Somehow, I altered how All Programs and Control Panel are
displayed from the Start Menu. Instead of All Programs
being shown all at once, they are shown in a single list
that has to be scrolled through. The same with Control
Panel items. After rt clicking the Start button and going
to "properties", "customize" and "advanced" and trying
different settings as per "Help and Support"
instructions, nothing changes. Any ideas how to get back
to the default (NO, clicking on "restore defaults" didn't
work.)Thanks for whatever suggestions you can offer.
