This one is really weird. Many of the icons--both on my desktop and
from the start menu--now show the Powerpoint icon and seem to think
that they are Powerpoint files. When I double-click on, say, iTunes, it
launches Powerpoint. Ditto with Filezilla, Freecorder, Realplayer. The
applications themselves will no longer open. If I right-click on them
and go to properties, they seem to point to the correct .exe files, but
the computer does not seem to recognize those files nor know how to
open them. This is very strange. Inet Explorer is one of the few
applications that is still openable. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
Jeff
