All our meetings were moved one hour, how can I fix?

We have several individuals that jointly use Outlook calendar to schedule
training. Somehow our meetings were moved an hour. I don't know how to fix
this.

Someone's got a mismatch in the daylight savings time settings, either in
Windows or Outlook's Calendar.
