HI! This is usually caused by your first installation when you leave your
options to the default. by default it will install if needed. you must tell
the installation not to install if needed.
if this still is an issue then it might be a corrupted installation. some
installation code might not have being cleaned up on the finishing of your
installation. do a search at ms for " uninstalling office "
