all new mail from server going to pst file?

I recently had to downgrade outlook on a computer from Outlook 2007 to
Outlook 2003. When I did that outlook seemed to work fine, but, now the
"home" icon is on an archive folder which is pulling all new mail off the
exchange server and storing it locally to that file on that particular
computer. This user logs into many different computers in different
locations. How can I set the "Mailbox - last , first name" that appears in
the left navigation pane back to the default mail where it will leave the new
mail on the server?

You can change the default delivery location in;
Tools-> E-mail accounts-> Next-> drop down list at bottom
