HAVE TRIED TO RE-INSTALL PRINTER BUT MESSAGE "WINDOWS COULD NOT LOAD THE
INSTALLER FOR PRINTER. CONTACT YOUR HARDWARE VENDOR FOR ASSISTANCE" i
CONTACTED VENDOR & HAVE DOWNLOADED 3.1 INSTALLER BUR MESSAGE STILL COMES UP.
WAS THEN SUGGESTED TO CONTACT YOU TO SEE IF DEVICE MANAGER WAS WORKING
PROPERLY. hOW IS THIS DONE?
 
what is the printer, make n model?
what is your verson of windows?
have your tried simply to connect the printer
and let windows install a generic driver?
PS: Can you reply with your caps appropriately set?
