All images in 'My Pictures' foldering showing as wallpapers

All the images in the 'My Pictures' folder including sub folders are showing
up as desktop backgrounds even though I never used them for it before. I want
to know if there is some way to remove them from the options list without
deleting them.

This is normal. You'll have to move them, either Out of the My Pictures
folder, or into the Sample Pictures folder (if you haven't deleted it). [All
other sub-folders' pictures appear as possibilities for Backgrounds, but not
those in Sample Pic's.]

i have this problem as well - i just posted my problem before i noticed this
post. i could download and save image files into My Pictures and they didnt
show up in the wallpaper list. but when i decided to use a saved image as
wallpaper, by right clicking and selecting 'save as background', all the
other images appeared in the wallpaper list as well?
