All emails sent go in junk email

I just set up the windows mail and when i send it seems like it always goes
into junkmail boxes instead of the receivers inbox, is there anyway to change
that so it goes straight to their inbox without having to go to the junkmail
first to say its not junkmail???

This is something that the recipient needs to do on their mail client. I
don't think it has anything to do with the way you're sending mail from WM.

Get the recipients to check their junk mail settings and/or any 'Rules'
they may have in place to sort mail.
