Alignment of pages and printing at different sites.

I am using Frontpage to publish files on an internal system and need to
ensure that all pages appear the same no matter where they are printed from.
When I print files I can change the settings to ensure the whole document
prints out but I am concerned that other staff across the company won't know
how to. Is there a way that I can specify in the frontpage document how it
should print out and the page alignment - i.e. to make it print out to fit A4
pages?

I am using FrontPage 2002.

Thanks in advance

It would depend on the variety of browsers and printers in use.
Unfortunately, if IE6 is involved in your printing environment, then the
answer is NO, there is no way to do this.

This is largely a user setting - and depends on how they have their printer
(page margins etc set in IE "Print Set up" are different from the margins
that are set in the web page's code) set up and what type of printer they
have.

One suggestion is make specifically printable pages e.g. convert to Adobe
Acrobat or similar.

The only way to ensure that everyone can print the file so it looks
identical is to convert it to a pdf.
