align address rows on mail merge from outlook

Lou

I have merged an address file from Outlook to Word, for printing envelopes,
but the address does not line up with the name. The persons name is in the
correct place, but the street number and city state zip are margined to the
left of the envelope. How do I get them to line up with the name?

The EnvelopeAddress style that is used for the address on an envelope
contains a frame into which all of the merge fields should be inserted. It
sounds like you have the merge field for the name inside the frame and the
other fields out side of it so that they are being aligned with the left
margin.
