alert pop up scrolls out of page

when the taskbar is placed on the right hand side of the
screen the MS AS alert pop up tends to scroll up and out
of the page, when the task bar is replaced to the bottom
of the screen this behavior stops.

we have reproduced this behavior several times,

is there a known solution for this problem?

This is a known issue that will be resolved in beta 2. In the mean time,
place the taskbar at the bottom and accept the notifications.
