Alert on ageing emails

Hi,
I manage a group mail box/generic mail box. On a daily basis, we receive
1000 emails. Is there some way i can set up a rule to alert me if there are
any emails older than 2 days in the mailbox. Your help will be really
appreciated.

Turn on grouping. You'll then see messages grouped by "Today", "Yesterday",
the days of the week prior to yesterday, "Last Week", "Two Weeks Ago",
"Three Weeks Ago", "Last Month", and "Older". It will be easy to tell then.
