AlbumArt JPG files for MP3

When I play a MP3 file in MS Media Player, usually a jpg file is created,
like: AlbumArt_{5AD78969-42DB-4172-BBF5-916A01C39524}_Large.jpg
....containing the album cover. My question is, is there any way to resolve
which jpg file that belong to which mp3 file from VB.net?
