AIW 8500 - DigitalTV Temp Drive - USB Harddrive Allowed?

I have the temporary drive for DirectTV set to my "H" drive, which is a USB 2.0 harddrive, but
DirectTV persists in saving the temp file to my "E" Drive.

Are USB drives allowed for temporary files? If so, how do I get the media center to save files to it?

After much searching, found the place you set the drive to store the Digital TV file and
it does allow USP Drives to be used.
