[Rush]

The test developed by Alan Turing (1950`s) the great British Mathematician and the competition developed by Hugh Loebner in 1970.

The Competition has an annual prize of $2000 and Bronze medal

Its Challege is to create:

enough people cannot reliably differentiate between a human and a machine during a natural language conversation, the machine can be considered intelligent after 5 mins ..

Interesting !!! Guess the outcome would depend upon whom the machine was talking to. Takes the farmers round here 15 mins or so just to say helo.
