agp video card + mobo problems

looking everywhere for help to this problem,

if you ahve any ideas post there or respond here, any help will be greatly
appreciated. currently i think its a IRQ problem, i just havent been able
to figure out how to fix that. (even though i said i dont think it was the
more i read about the mobo, i see that PIRQ_0 is for the sata raid, AGP, pci
slot one and LAN card.

currently im about to test out BIOS version 1.7 which doesnt have the
updated SATA RAID stuff in it.

the bios has been changed. have you reset the CMOS? or reset configuration
data?
