AGP controller not installed correctly

I have loaded 2000 onto a PackardBell Club 70 and the AGP
controller hasn't installed correctly.

Device Manager says:

Intel 82443BX Pentium(r) II Processor to AGP Controller

The device cannot find enough free resources that it can
use (code 12). If you want to use the device you will need
to disable one of the other devices on the system.

Any ideas how I can resolve or what it is safe
to "disable".

Thanks

Is this PC/motherboard on the HCL? You may need to update the BIOS.

Thanks Bob.

Not sure what HCL is but machine is standard PB Club 70. I
have been advised motherboard is a Tempest (MSI-6147) and
also advised to update chipset but when I tried it said
update not required.

I've looked on PB downloads and there are numerous BIOS
upgrades and lots of warnings about using wrong one.

When machine boots it says Award Modular BIOS v4,51PG, but
this is not available on PB download sight.

Any advice?
