age of empires on xp

please let me know if there is a update so i can use age
of empires on my xp system.... it doesnt support it and
keeps crashing something to do w/ a driver :( im about
in tears.

My AofE works fine on XP. I dont know of any patches. Do
you have the latest drivers for your video card?
 
What exactly is the message? If it's something to do "with a driver,"
updating the game won't help. It'd be like rotating the tires when you run
out of gas.
 
Age of Empires works fine on my WinXP, could you give the error codes you
are getting?
