Age of empires error

Whenever I try to load age of empires 2 expansion it gives me Ai script error 5001 cannot open file. Anybody have any idea what this means and how to fix it?

Are you logged on as the administrator or an account with full admit rights?

The expansion version runs at 1024 X 768 screen

resolution. if your system only goes to 800 X 600 you
can't run the game. Check your system display settings.
