we can't install Age of Empires 3 onto our new comp with Windows Vista we
keep getting error messages. can any one help

Not without guessing unless you actually tell us WHAT the error messages
say!

If the error message is "This program has known compatibility issues" there
is a possible fix.

Microsofts official site says there is no problems with Vista and AOE3 "Gold
Edition"
