again on two firewalls running

on 04.09.05 i posted the following, about which firewall to switch off:

[ Hi, i am connected to broadband via widows xp which comes with its own
firewall. i have installed a 'zone alarm' free firewall. windows say not to
have two firewalls running at the same time. which would be the best one to
keep going and which to switch off please? ]

many thanks for all responses. the 'concensus' was to switch off the windows
firewall and keep the zone alarm going. which i have now done. however i
have now discovered that my Belkin wireless ADSL modem router also has a
firewall enabled.

am i safe to switch this off as well please? or since it's in the modem i
should keep it enabled for safety? many thanks for any further advice.

Zone Alarm will warn you of outgoing security issues the one that comes with
XP does not so kepp Zone Alarm which you have done, their will be no conflict
with Zone Alarm and your routers firewall so you can keep that one as well.
