After XP SP2 install, Popups show URL in IE window title (BUG)

I just installed Windows XP Service Pack 2 and I noticed that all
popup windows (I am talking about legitimiate popups) have the base
URL of that file in the title bar.

A good example is when I listen to Yahoo! Launchcast Radio. When it
launches the popup the window title says:
"http://radio.launch.yahoo.com - Hoobastank / The Reason" etc... NOTE
that it doesn't show the exact full URL, just the domain name. This
can't possibly be a feature of IE and I can't find an option to turn
it off.

Do other people have the same problem and if so, any fixes?!!!

I think it's just the way IE6 SP2 was designed. It also shows up in my main
default window.
Is it a problem for you?

Yeah, it's annoying since when the window is minimized I can't tell
what page it is. I actually called the MS SP2 toll free number and
they are claiming it is "by design" since we, the user, want to verify
the domain of each popup for security purposes. That's fine, but an
option to turn it off would be nice. They claim there is no reg hack
either.
