After Upload Changes not showing

Hi
I'm very new to Frontpage, have recently taken over my own
website (used to pay someone to do it). Have downloaded
all files images etc and have made some initial changes.
Followed publish procedure as set out in the huge manual I
have, and it appears to work OK. But then no changes are
showing on the site. I use a host called Jumpline. Can
anyone point me towards where I might be going wrong?

You may be viewing an old version of your page from the
browser cache. To refresh that, Ctrl+click the browser's
Refresh button.
