After upgrading to outlook2007

After upgrading to outlook2007
1-All my emails come dierctly to unread mail only.
2-I can't open an attachment ,,i got massege saying : you have no preview
insatled.

What type of email account do you use? What type of attachments are you
trying to preview? Can you save and open them?
