After System Restore no icons or task bar

I hope some-one can help me urgently. I system restored to a previous date,
when my computer was re-opened there were no icons and no task bar or Start
programme. I have tried right and left clicking - Absolutely nothing. I have
been able to get into my computer only through Taskmaster. Can some-one
please help?

Try to open the Run by pressing Windows Key + R to open the run command and
type in:
explorer.exe and click [Ok].

Log onto Safe Mode and try a restore point just prier to the one you first
selected.
