After right-click, Windows tries to install anti-virus software.

When I right-click anywhere on the desktop or Windows Explorer, or when
I try to delete a file, Windows brings up a dialog that tries to
install my anti-virus software. However, the software (Symantec
Antivirus ver 10) is already installed. I've tried opening the
anti-virus software. It brings up the program before it asks me to
install it again. Every operation in my anti-virus starts by
automatically trying to install it, but it's already installed!? After
I click Cancel, the operation starts as normal.

Anybody know what this is about, and how I can stop it? I don't have
the CD to follow through with the installation. My vendor installed it
for me.
