After reinstall win2000

I reinstalled win2000 and How can I add to registery and
desktop all previosly applications that exist in
programfil folder or other locations?
 
There is a fully automatic procedure for this: You re-install
each and every application.

Reinstall them from the original installation media.

Do not despair, reisnalling the programs in the same drirecory as before
almost never overwrites your personal files that may be "living" there.
