After loading a Ghost Image onto a different computer, it reboots over and over

I am having a problem loading my ghost image on other computers.
After I load it onto a computer the computer continually reboots.

Here is my process:
I get a computer to where I want to ghost it (updated drivers, all
patched, programs, etc.). I copy all the sysprep files into a folder
on the root of C:. (C:\Sysprep\). Using setupmgr I create a
sysprep.inf file and save it to the sysprep folder (C:\Sysprep
\sysprep.inf). I create folders for the different drivers and cab
files of the different machines that I plan on loading the image
onto. In my sysprep.inf file I add the line OemPnPDriversPath =
(followed by the appropriate paths of the drivers), into the
[Unattended] section . I then launch sysprep.exe and in the options I
check 'Use Mini-Setup' and 'Detect non-plug and play hardware'. I
change the shutdown mode to restart. When the computer comes back up
I boot off a Norton Ghost 10 CD and save the ghost image to a network
drive.

As I mentioned before after I load this image onto other computers the
computer restarts over and over, which leads me to believe it is a
hardware issue. Thanks in advance for any help.

Most likely it is a hard drive driver issue....tap F8 when the PC first
boots up. Pick "Disable Automatic Restarting on Error" and let it boot.
My guess is that you will get a STOP 7B blue screen. If so, you need to
setup the [SysprepMassageStorage] section of your INF file.
