After installing service pack three (office 2002) I get error mes.

message "the file is not available" when trying to access my documents.

Are you getting error messages with Microsoft Access databases (which
are not "documents")?

If not, please post in a more approipriate newsgroup such as
or a group in that heirarchy. This
newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, and this appears to be a Windows
problem, not an Access problem per se.
