I've seen the same problem on 2 HPs and a Dell PC. For me it is related to
SP2 and the Intel 82810/15 integrated graphics. SP1 works with no problem. I
have tried this with both Home and Pro, clean installs and upgrades from
original OEM recovery disks with the same results. Neither Dell nor HP could
be of any help and Microsoft says some hardware just won't work. Stick with
SP1 until the OEMs or Microsoft figure it out.
